About us

Homes, for Good.

Let For Good leases and manages properties for landlords across England. We take on the property, not just the paperwork, so your income is steady and the home is looked after properly.

Home For Good

Two words. One way of working.

"For Good" means two things to us, and both shape how we work with landlords.

Permanent

A system you can rely on

Whether you lease to us for 2–5 years or ask us to manage the property, the goal is the same: no re-letting every twelve months, and one point of contact for the length of the arrangement.

Purposeful

Good, for those who need it

Where relevant, properties go on to house people who need a stable base to rebuild from: veterans transitioning back to civilian life, people managing a disability, care leavers, survivors of domestic abuse, single parents, or anyone navigating extenuating circumstances. They're matched and supported by our specialist housing and support partners; we're responsible for keeping the property itself safe, well-maintained and ready for them.

A note on what we do and don't do: Let For Good is a property leasing and management business. We are not a support or care provider, and we don't hold housing benefit or council contracts ourselves; that side is handled by our specialist partners. Keeping this separate is important to how we operate.
