This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through the landlord enquiry form on this site. It's a placeholder that should be reviewed by a solicitor before the site goes live. It is not legal advice.
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you provide about the property or your enquiry.
We do not sell or pass on your details to third parties for marketing. Where a lease proceeds, relevant details are shared with parties directly involved in setting up and managing the tenancy, on a need-to-know basis.
If you don't proceed with a lease, we'll delete your enquiry details within 12 months. If you do proceed, information is kept for the length of the lease and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@letforgood.com to do any of these.
